Field Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Leinster Region

The Supermac’s Group are currently recruiting for a Field Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the Leinster region. This role will suit a recent graduate with 2 years experience in a similar or marketing related role.

This role offers a lot of responsibility to the successful candidate working across a portfolio of brands in multi brand locations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading brand.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead by example in a hands-on role, implementing individual store marketing plans in a professional and thorough manner and providing innovative solutions to marketing problems.
• Engage in Local Store Marketing Activities in each outlet.
• Corporate sales regarding our party offering.
• Ensure that all workplace and street marketing activities are being executed in full.
• Get involved in the local community through schools, clubs etc.
• Planning ahead for upcoming events in each location so that the opportunity can be maximized.
• Involvement with sponsorsed events.
• Mystery calls, mystery shoppers and customer call backs.
• Assisting operations within the outlet based on the business needs.

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in a FMCG marketing/branding environment
• A marketing or business-related degree
• Full driving license
• Good commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven project management experience.
• Highly-driven
• Self-starter with good time keeping skills

You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days with flexibility needed based on the company’s needs. This role will require you to be based 1 day bi-weekly in the Head office in Galway, all other days will be spent in the stores generally within your area.
