With ambitious plans for further expansion in the coming years, we are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our team.

The Role. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, Manage, and Innovate: Oversee, manage, and enhance our diverse fresh food offerings, including Hot and cold Delis, Carvery, Bakery, Soup, Pre-packed sandwiches, baps, rolls, wraps, salads, and more.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with suppliers, focusing on product development, costings, and pricing structures to ensure efficient multi-site supply.
• Culinary Expertise: Work closely with our skilled Chefs and Deli Managers to design menus and optimize our food offerings.
• Operational Excellence: Effectively manage deli overheads to achieve food cost and labor targets, while implementing food cost controls, waste reduction measures, and portion control.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain HACCP systems and records, conduct food quality audits, and ensure top-notch cleanliness standards.
• Visual Appeal: Showcase your talent in food merchandising, display, and presentation to captivate our customers.
• Innovation: Drive product development and explore fresh food packaging solutions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales trends to make informed decisions and continually enhance our offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven Expertise: A successful track record in managing food offerings in a similar multi-site or Area Management role.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities, fostering staff development and training.
• Culinary Excellence: Experience in Hot and cold Deli and Carvery operations is a distinct advantage.
• Innovation: The ability to bring flair and innovation to new product development.
• Presentation Skills: Talent in merchandising and presenting food attractively.
• Initiative: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Results-driven: A history of achieving targets and working within budgets.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Safety and Compliance: Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP systems, and related training.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• The candidate should be available to travel to all the locations mentioned, company car is provided.
