Description
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager to ensure the restaurant's success. You will work closely with the management team and staff to achieve financial goals, maintain high-quality standards, and provide excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial control, inventory management, and maximizing sales and profits.

Coach and develop Training Coordinators and staff to achieve and maintain high sales and profits.

Collaborate with the General Manager on recruitment, training, development, and HR planning.

Engage in community and civic involvement on behalf of the restaurant.

Investigate and respond to employee relations and customer complaints in coordination with the General Manager.
Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build positive relationships.

Business savvy, with problem-solving skills and an understanding of critical business issues.

Drive for results, taking initiative to achieve business objectives.

High integrity, open communication, and a commitment to ethical conduct.

Previous experience in the restaurant food industry is required.
