Assistant Manager – Full time ¦ Tullamore

Supermac’s is a company with a progressive vision and is currently inviting candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our Tullamore Store in Co. Offaly.

As Assistant Manager, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for the unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.

• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise team members' daily activities to ensure that necessary tasks are completed, meeting our high standards.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team.
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Fast Food industry is required.
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
• Be passionate about Customer Service
• Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times. especially when in the public eye.
• You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
• You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
