Supermac's now have opportunities for an experienced Assistant Manager for our store in Singland, Limerick.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the smooth running of the Restaurant, providing leadership to his/her team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
The Assistant Manager will have a minimum of 3 years recent experience at Management/Supervisory level in the catering/hospitality sector and demonstrate the following:
- Commercial Awareness or good business acumen
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Team Player
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Motivation and motivation of others
- Ability to work under pressures
This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and people management skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative, be dynamic, and be proactive,
