Casino cashier ¦ Part-time

The Cashier’s main responsibility is to ensure customers receive excellent service in a clean welcoming environment while maintaining cash procedures and all related banking/cash handling requirements.

Support from the Manager/Operations Manager is given when needed to facilitate alignment of goals with the overall company.

This role is part-time for 2 weekly shifts, willing to work evenings and weekends.

Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be over 20 years old.

THE JOB:

• Attentive to customers at all times and ensuring they are given the necessary change/information in keeping with any promotions or offers being run in the store.
• Responsible for reporting any repair/maintenance of Funworld Machinery
• Carries out cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor/manager
• Respond to the Manager's requests regarding rostering/banking/marketing etc.
• Develops positive relationships with fellow staff and customers representing Funworld positively in all actions in the community
• Is flexible with regards to working hours, available to work additional hours to cover holidays of fellow workers.
• Liaises with all head office personnel as necessary
• Assists in the training of new staff – customer service/cash handling/Funworld policies etc.
• Communicates appropriately with all customers fellow workers and management.
• Follows instructions, accepts feedback, and acts in the best interest of the business in all actions.
• And any other duties which may be assigned from time to time in the best interest of the business.
