Deli Chef – Tipperary Town Plaza

The Tipperary Town Plaza is a service station where facilities include a Costcutter retail convenience store, car and HGV fueling pumps, a Supermac’s Restaurant, Papa John’s Pizza, SuperSubs, Mac’s Place Deli & Bakery, indoor and outdoor seating, toilets and washroom facilities, free Wi-Fi, car, bus and HGV parking. The Tipperary Town Plaza strives to provide first class facilities to our customers whilst making their stop as convenient as possible.

A Deli Chef is currently required for our Mac's Place Deli & Bakery.  We want someone who is willing to come in, become part of a great team and work hard in a great environment.  You will learn, enjoy & always deliver the best possible performance & highest standards within your role.

Key Requirements:

• The successful candidates should have the ability to cook from scratch and follow agreed recipes.
• Meet high standards in Health & Safety and HACCP
• Previous food preparation experience essential of at least 1 year
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible in working hours
• Must be able to work by themselves
• Must have previous experience working in a kitchen
