Field Sales Representative – Midlands

This role offers a lot of responsibility to the successful candidate working across a portfolio of brands in multi brand locations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading brand.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead by example in a hands-on role, implementing individual store marketing plans in a professional and thorough manner and providing innovative solutions to marketing problems.
• Engage in Local Store Marketing Activities in each outlet.
• Corporate sales regarding our party offering.
• Assess readiness for consumer marketing of each Supermac’s restaurant.
• Ensure that all workplace and street marketing activities are being executed in full.
• Planning ahead for upcoming events in each location so that the opportunity can be maximized.
• Mystery calls, mystery shoppers and customer call backs.

 Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in a FMCG marketing/branding environment
• A marketing or business-related degree
• Full driving licence
• Good commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven project management experience.
• Highly-driven
• Self-starter with good time keeping skills

Although this role is a Monday-Friday position, weekend work will be required from time to time. On Monday you will be required in Head office in Galway for meetings, all other days will be spent in the stores within your area.
