Job Purpose:

Grill Chefs take charge of the grill area, where all burgers are cooked and buns are toasted and dressed in keeping with our standards. Other items are also cooked by the Grill Chef.

What do we expect from you:

• To prepare, cook and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined in the Supermac's operation's guide.
• To ensure all food products are stored and rotated as per Supermac's standards
• To ensure that the grill area and back kitchen areas are kept clean at all times (utensils, work surfaces and floors) whilst carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• To set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed by the management team
• To comply with all reasonable requests from a member of the Management Team
