Description
A HR Administrator is currently required by Supermac’s Ballindine/Ballinrobe/Claremorris to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and selection of candidates
· Advertising roles online and in newspapers
· Reference checks
· To induct new team members
· To carry out all HR administration
· Dealing with new team members and relevant paper work
· Performance Management
· Record Keeping in general
· Exit interviews
· To assist Managers and team with any disciplinary and grievances that may arise
· To keep up to date with employee legislation and ensure compliancy
· Support the management team in all areas of HR
· Sales & Marketing activities across the business
· Customer Services and Feedback
Candidates must possess some HR experience and it is preferable this is within the hospitality sector but not essential. Full training provided.
