Operations Manager – Papa John’s Pizza

Supermac's Ireland Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join their team as the Operations Manager for their sister pizza brand Papa John's. ** This is a nationwide role. **

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of over 85 Papa John’s company and franchise operated units nationwide.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the creation of Papa John’s strategy across key pillars of profitability, product innovation, operational excellence, cost efficiency and customer service.
• Development and implementation of operational standards to ensure a quality product and a premium customer experience across dine in, take away and delivery services.
• Drive operational efficiencies to support a best-in-class delivery service for Papa John’s outlets nationwide
• Management of recruitment, retention, training and people performance of the Papa John’s teams nationwide, building a dynamic team who are passionate about quality and customer service.
• Identification of new opportunities to drive sales growth at both national, regional and local level.
• Co-ordinate Papa John’s mystery shopper programme to manage continuous improvement of consumer experience.
• Internal audits of outlet performance and compliance to Papa John’s operational standards
• Own the relationship with Papa John’s international team.

Person Specification:

• Minimum 3 -5 years operational management experience including 2 years + multi-site Management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Strong commercial business acumen
• Experienced people manager, inspiring others through positive leadership
• Franchise experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Full driving licence
