The Plaza Group in Mallow, County Cork, currently requires Part -Time (Night shift) Retail assistants reporting to the Store Manager.

OBJECTIVE - To delight customers by exceeding their expectations on every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer care with a friendly and efficient approach.
• Accurately handle sales transactions and assist with bagging purchases.
• Stay informed about in-store promotions and answer customer inquiries.
• Address customer complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a tidy store environment, including cleaning and organizing.
• Handle stock receipt, rotation, and stock-taking as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist Supermac’s counter during peak times.
• Follow food service and HACCP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Pay for and log any consumed food during breaks.
