Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Engage with customers warmly and effectively.

Operational Excellence:

• Accurately process sales, handle payments, and assist with bagging purchases.
• Stay informed about in-store promotions and sales.
• Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and manage stock following company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the Supermac’s counter during peak times.

Food Service (As Required):

• Prepare food in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Monitor temperature compliance.
