Security Personnel – Loughrea

Supermac's in Loughrea, Co. Galway currently require Part time Security personnel to work Saturday nights & bank holidays.

The Job:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate with Management, kitchen staff, customer service staff to ensure effective customer flow
• Communicate with all customers to ensure quality satisfaction with both food and service
• Respond to any customer complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the Manager/Supervisor.
• Must be willing to patrol inside and outside of the store premises on a regular cycle, control crowds as needed, observe any suspicious activities on premises, and ask unruly or out of hand guests to leave the premises.

Required Skills:

• Applicants must be flexible to work evenings, primarily Saturday evenings & bank holidays.
• Applicants must be flexible to help out around the lobby of the restaurant.
• Applicants must have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role,
• Security course completion is desirable but not essential as support can be given to complete this.
• Applicants must possess excellent communication skills.
• Applicants must be able to provide 2 previous work references.
