Supermac's in Trim, Co. Meath currently requires a Shift Manager for their restaurant.
The Job:
-
Supervise the activities of team members on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
-
You will report to, and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their individual unit. You will work as a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.

Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day

Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you

Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team

Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
Your Profile:
-
Previous supervisory experience of at least 1 year is preferred, and it does not need to be specific to the food industry.

We welcome candidates with a strong interest in learning about the Catering, Hospitality, or Quick Service Food industry.

Demonstrate excellent people management skills

Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
-
Be passionate about Customer Service
-
Be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye
-
You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role

Knowledge of Food safety is desirable (HACCP)

You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
