As Store Manager, your main Responsibilities include the following:

• Provides the overall leadership and supervision to the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for their individual store
• Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members which ensures each delivered product meets Supermac's & Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order
• Within that scope falls many key functions such as budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, labor control
• To take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training and development
• To build and maintain high sales and profits
• To investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
• To operate within the guidelines of the law
• Is fully flexible with regard to working hours including weekends
• Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper and pizza audit scores.
• Ability to plan and priortise

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years management experience in Fast Food Industry
• 2-3 years Home Delivery experience
• Management of team of up to 15-20 people
• Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations,
• Possess HACCP qualifications
• A desire to excel in customer service
• A flare for food
• Experience in driving a fast-paced high-volume store
• Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, friendly and hardworking
