As Store Manager, your main Responsibilities include the following:
-
Provides the overall leadership and supervision to the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for their individual store
-
Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members which ensures each delivered product meets Supermac's & Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order
-
Within that scope falls many key functions such as budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, labor control
-
To take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training and development
-
To build and maintain high sales and profits
-
To investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
-
To operate within the guidelines of the law
-
Is fully flexible with regard to working hours including weekends
-
Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper and pizza audit scores.

Ability to plan and priortise
Job Requirements:
-
2-3 years management experience in Fast Food Industry
-
2-3 years Home Delivery experience
-
Management of team of up to 15-20 people
-
Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations,
-
Possess HACCP qualifications
-
A desire to excel in customer service
-
A flare for food
-
Experience in driving a fast-paced high-volume store
-
Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours

Enthusiastic, customer-focused, friendly and hardworking
