This a very exciting opportunity to join the management team at the multi award winning Junction 14 Mayfield motorway services facility, one of Ireland's leading fuel, convenience and fast fresh food locations. This leadership role within Lidon Group entails responsibility for all operation of Supermac's Restaurant.

The ideal candidate for the role of Supermac's Manager will have substantial fast-food management experience in a busy food environment and possess a highly driven, people and goal-oriented mindset. They must be able to demonstrate prior excellence in people and organisation management and have the ability to deliver on KPIs while maintaining the highest customer service standards through a motivated and productive team.

The Manager is responsible for the smooth running of Supermac’s, providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with the successful management of a restaurant.

Applicants will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience at management level in the catering/hospitality sector. This is a fast paced & busy position and the incumbent must be flexible to work a mix of days, evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
  • Day to day management of the Supermac’s department, ensuring highest of standards are maintained.
  • Training-in of staff members ensuring staff are fully HACCP and safety trained and customer service focused.
  • Proactive monitoring of margins, correcting any issues and reviewing in a proactive manner.
  • Bringing forth new ideas to increase sales in the department.
  • Managing of staff rostering and people management in consultation with senior management and support office functions.
  • Providing high quality customer service ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product and the service.
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Stock control and monitoring and waste control and management
  • Set challenging goals that influence, motivate and inspire the team.
