Supervisor – Kill, Co Kildare

Supermac's in Kill, Co Kildare, currently require a Supervisor.

Job Purpose:

You will provide ongoing support to the Store Manager in a fast paced environment to ensure our Supermac's customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness every time!

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Store Manager to deliver amazing customer service every day
• Supervise the activities of team members on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
• Being hands on and lead from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operation
• Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in the Catering/Hospitality/Quick Service Food industry is preferred
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and planning skills
• Be passionate about Customer Service
• Be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye
• You must be 100% customer focused, innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands on role
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
• You must be flexible to work a mixture of weekdays/weekends (on a rotational basis)
