Description
We would like to invite applications for the role of Supervisor in our Portlaoise town Supermac's Store. This position will be based with Papa John's Pizza.
Experience in similar position is preferred. Knowledge of HACCP standards, stock control, equipment and record keeping.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-
Assist the store manager and complete duties at the request of the store manager
-
Ensure the unit runs efficiently and smoothly.
-
Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service.
-
Continually communicate with Store Manager and Retail Sales Team
-
Assist manager in planning for market changes and demands as they arise.
-
Ensure in-store promotions are managed appropriately.
-
Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and managed within the store.
-
Manage cash handling in line with company cash handling procedures and take action on any discrepancies that arise.
-
Accountable for ensuring consistently high levels of customer service.
-
To ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in the appropriate manner.

Ensure effective stock control systems are in place.

Proven ability in managing retail sales team including the following:

Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment.
