Supermac’s has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Administrator to join the Marketing team based in Galway supporting the Supermac’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Super Subs, and Plaza Group brands.
This is a 5-day office-based role.
The position is based in Galway, so candidates should already reside in the area. Please note that accommodation support is not provided."
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the smooth running of a fast-paced marketing department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Brand Managers with the planning, pricing, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the management of a busy design & artwork tracker.
- Act as the key point of contact between the marketing team and print suppliers to manage quotes, PO creation, invoicing, and distribution of printed materials to outlets.
- Manage the marketing office's day-to-day administration requirements, including the generation of reports, file management, and invoicing.
- Dealing with different departments including the warehouse, HR, and accounts.
- Assist at events including official openings, family fun days, make and bake parties, marketing days, etc.

Qualifications/Experience:
- 1 year experience in a similar administrator or marketing assistant role
- Excellent IT skills – Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- An understanding of brand design and Artwork management would be beneficial
