Payment
We accept the following forms of payment across online, kiosk, and in-store orders:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit cards
- Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of collection or delivery where applicable. Failure to present a valid voucher may require alternative payment.
For orders placed online, via kiosk, or in-store, payment must be completed or authorised at the time of ordering unless a pay-on-collection option is available.
By submitting an order, you are making a legal offer to purchase the item(s) specified. We reserve the right to decline any order where necessary.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method, however we reserve the right to issue a cash refund or alternative method at our discretion.
Payment methods may vary by location.
Ordering & Cancellation
These terms apply to all online, kiosk, and in-store orders.
Your Order Confirmation or receipt is a record of the agreement to supply the products ordered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase, including store selection, order items, and any required information.
Orders placed with incorrect details, including wrong store selection, may not be fulfilled as intended and will be deemed cancelled. These are not eligible for refund unless the store is contacted within 10 minutes of placing the order.
Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order by contacting the store directly. Where accepted, a refund will be issued.
After this period, orders are considered in progress and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For delivery orders, customers must be available and contactable. Failure to complete delivery due to incorrect details or no response will result in cancellation without refund.
Order Fulfilment
Preparation and service times for online, kiosk, and in-store orders are estimates only and may vary depending on demand and operational capacity.
During busy periods, delays may occur. Once an order is in progress, delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute or omit items where necessary. A partial refund may be issued where appropriate.
Minimum Order Value
Minimum order values may apply to delivery and may vary by location.
Offers / Discounts / Coupon Codes
- Discount offers may be used across online, kiosk, and in-store where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- One offer per order and per person. Offers cannot be combined.
- Codes must be applied at the time of ordering and cannot be applied afterwards.
- Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Offers may be restricted by product, location, or time.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or end any offer at our sole discretion at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse offers where misuse is suspected.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (online, kiosk, or in-store) where:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
- There is suspected misuse of offers or systems
- Operational constraints prevent fulfilment
Where payment has been taken, a refund will be issued in line with standard timelines.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supermac’s shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this service. Statutory rights are not affected.

Account & Promotion Misuse
We reserve the right to restrict, refuse, or cancel orders where accounts, devices, or ordering methods are used to bypass offer limits or abuse promotions.
