Assistant Manager, Supermac’s Park Rí – Cavan Road, Kells, Co. Meath
Park Rí – DMD United Enterprises Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing Supermac’s & Papa John’s Pizza operations at our Food Court on Cavan Road, Kells, Co. Meath.
We are a prominent motorway services and food court destination, currently employing 125 staff across our diverse operations, which include seven distinct food outlets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business with strong career development potential.
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting the achievement of sales, service, and operational targets.
Job Description:
- Support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and supervision of staff
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Help maintain high standards of sales, profitability, and customer service
- Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the achievement of targets, including food costs, labour costs, customer counts, and audit scores
- Assist in planning and prioritising daily operations
- Be fully flexible with working hours, including weekends and nights when required
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the fast food industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and HACCP (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a management team and support staff effectively
- Flexible, enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking
