Supermac’s Pizza Party Competition – Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility:

• This competition is open to all college students currently enrolled in an accredited institution.
• Employees of Supermac’s, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to participate.

Entry:

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form on the competition page.
• All required fields must be filled out accurately.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

• One winner will receive four (4) large Papa John’s pizzas delivered to their specified address.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• The winner is responsible for providing a valid delivery address where the prize can be received.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the competition closing date.
• Supermac’s reserves the right to determine the eligibility of participants and the final selection of the winner.

Notification:

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Supermac’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Redemption:

• The prize must be redeemed on the agreed delivery date. Failure to accept delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Supermac’s is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery of the prize.

Publicity:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to Supermac’s using their name and image for promotional purposes.
• Should a winner decline publicity, Supermac’s reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Data Privacy:

• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Entrants who opt-in to receive marketing communications agree to be contacted via email and SMS with Supermac’s offers and promotions.

Disqualification:

• Supermac’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
• Any automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

Changes to Competition:

• Supermac’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via the competition page.

Limitation of Liability:

• Supermac’s is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law, and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
