Supermac’s College Student Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This competition is open to all college students aged 18 and above. Employees of Supermac’s and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:
To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit the official entry form provided on the competition page. All required fields must be filled out accurately.

3. Prize:
The prize for this competition is equivalent to €520 worth of Supermac’s meals for the year. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selection will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email and mobile number provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Redemption:
The prize will be delivered in the form of Supermac’s vouchers that can be used at any participating Supermac’s location. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions printed on them.

7. Publicity:
By entering this competition, participants consent to Supermac’s using their name and submitted content for promotional purposes.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The winner(s) must agree to publicity in a manner determined by the Promoter.

Should the winner(s) not agree to such publicity, their prize may be forfeited.

8. Data Privacy:
All personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disqualification:
Supermac’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or involved in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

10. Changes to Competition:
Supermac’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability:
Supermac’s shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or resulting from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
