Job Title: Painter – Supermac’s, The Plaza Group & So Hotels ¦ Connacht & Midlands region.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Painter to help keep our Supermac’s, The Plaza Group, and So Hotels properties looking their best. This role involves both interior and exterior painting tasks, with all necessary equipment and a company van provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and apply paints to achieve the required colour and finish.
• Paint and prepare walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces in guest areas, common spaces, and exterior facades.
• Perform touch-ups, including patching and repairing minor damage.
• Coordinate with the management team to plan and carry out painting projects efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
• Ensure all work meets a high standard of quality.
• Travel to different properties as required: Connacht & Midlands region.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an interior and exterior painter.
• Knowledge of paints, finishes, and surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality results.
• Available Monday to Friday, full-time, with occasional weekend work.
• Full valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable travelling between sites.
• Professional communication skills and a positive approach when interacting with staff and management.
