Part-Time Retail Assistant (Night Hatch)

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires full flexibility to work night shifts between 10 PM and 7 AM from Monday to Sunday.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Costcutter N20 Mallow Plaza. This role involves working at the night hatch, serving customers, handling transactions, and ensuring excellent service during night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers promptly and courteously at the night hatch
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Accept and scan in deliveries
• Provide a high standard of customer service

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)

• Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Good communication skills

Hours: Part-time, night shifts (flexible availability required)
