We’re looking for full-time Retail & Forecourt Assistants to join our friendly, dynamic team and be part of Supermac’s and The Plaza Group’s success story.
About the Role
As a Retail & Forecourt Assistant, you’ll help us deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. You’ll support store operations, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Your day will involve serving customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping our store welcoming and well-presented. Flexibility and teamwork are key.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 18 (required due to alcohol sales)
- Previous retail or forecourt experience preferred
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork
- A positive work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, efficient manner
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain store presentation – clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
- Follow all company, hygiene (HACCP), and health & safety standards
- Support stock management, merchandising, and waste minimisation
- Prepare and monitor food safely according to regulations
