The Mallow N20 Plaza are currently recruiting for a Night Hatch Attendant to join their team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the Retail & Forecourt Manager in overseeing site operations during night hours while delivering excellent customer service through the night hatch facility.
Please note: This role operates on a night shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and requires full flexibility for overnight work.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the night hatch is attended at all times.
- Provide excellent and consistent customer service.
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance duties, including coffee machine servicing and general housekeeping.
- Restock products and maintain store presentation during quieter periods.
- Communicate operational updates and unresolved issues to daytime staff during handover.
- Support the induction and training of new night staff when required.
- Identify and report potential health and safety hazards.
- Assist in minimising stock loss, wastage, and damages while following company procedures.
- Ensure stock rotation and availability of in-date products.
- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve service standards.
Please note that the shop is closed to the public overnight; limited services will be provided through the night hatch only.
