Security Personnel ¦ Cross street

Supermac's Galway City currently requires part- time and full-time Security personnel.

The Job:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate with Management, kitchen staff, and customer service staff to ensure effective customer flow
• Communicate with all customers to ensure quality satisfaction with both food and service
• Respond to any customer complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the Manager/Supervisor.
• Must be willing to patrol inside and outside of the store premises on a regular cycle, control crowds as needed, observe any suspicious activities on-premises, and ask unruly or out-of-hand guests to leave the premises.

Required Skills:

• Applicants must be flexible to work evenings, primarily on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including shifts from midnight to 3 or 4 a.m.
• Applicants must be flexible to help out around the lobby of the restaurant.
• Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role,
• Applicants must possess a PSA license in Door Supervision and speak at least fluent or conversational English.
• Applicants must possess excellent communication skills.
• Applicants must be able to provide 2 previous work references.
