Supervisor ¦ Ballinrobe

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Supervisors to join our team in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.

• Relevant experience is required.
• Full-time availability with full flexibility for shifts from Monday to Sunday.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Supervisor provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development are given by the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on his/her shift, and will be held accountable to ensure company policy is met in each area.

THE JOB:

• Ensure the smooth running of the shift
• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role can be physically demanding at times due to business requirements, including high customer volumes, staffing levels, and the need to be prepared for varying business demands. During peak periods, prolonged standing may be required.
