Light Up for Iggy Xmas Tractor Run – Galway Plaza

About the Tractor Run

We are hosting a community tractor run at the Galway Plaza on Sunday 28th December from 4 to 7 pm in support of Cholangiocarcinoma Ireland. The event features tractor displays, raffles, prizes, face painting, a local choir and live entertainment throughout the evening.

In Honour of Iggy Daly

Eanna Ryan had already committed to running an ultramarathon next year, and after the passing of his uncle, Iggy Daly, last summer, he chose to dedicate the challenge to fundraising in Iggy’s memory. Iggy had a way of brightening every place he went, so a Christmas Tractor Run filled with community spirit is a fitting tribute. All funds raised support the work of Cholangiocarcinoma Ireland and families affected by bile duct cancer.

Cholangiocarcinoma Ireland supports patients and families affected by bile duct cancer, while promoting research and increasing national awareness of this rare disease. The charity provides guidance, advocacy and information for those navigating diagnosis and treatment.
