McHugh’s Ballindine 10th Birthday

McHugh’s Ballindine celebrated its Tenth Birthday with local families and members of the sports teams sponsored by Seamus Gallagher and Danny McHugh, owners of the motor services site. Actor Ryan Andrews who plays Sean Cassidy in Fair City, Ireland’s much loved soap opera also enjoyed the celebrations alongside Pat McDonagh, Managing Director of Supermac’s, Bobby Kerr, Chairman of Insomnia Coffee Company and John Clohisey of BWG Spar. McHugh’s Ballindine supports community initiatives and organisations including Garrymore, Davitts, Hollymount / Carramore, Mount St. Michaels, St. Coleman’s, Ballindine Tidy Towns and many other organisations.

Speaking at McHugh’s Ballindine’s Tenth Birthday Celebrations Danny said “we were thrilled to have an opportunity to put on a day of family entertainment for our loyal customers. The business has been made feel part of the town by members of the community since the doors opened ten years ago. Both we and our team are very pleased to have the occasion to thank the local community and wish to continue working for the positive growth of Ballindine into the future.”

Families and guests of all ages were treated to a full-line up of entertainment including face painting and Share-a-Coke which as well as custom pizza making with the Papa John’s Pizza Make & Bake team.

There are now over 60 staff employed by McHugh’s Ballindine with some who have been looking after their valued customers for the last ten years. They serve over half a million customers each year and are widely known as the perfect motor stop where customers are always greeted with friendly and efficient staff.

The motor services station and Family Restaurant has a dedicated space to cater for parties, school tours and teams.
