Passes For All Home National League Games for Juveniles

To celebrate the announcement of Supermac’s continued support of Galway GAA, passes will be made available to all the county’s juvenile/U16 supporters for the upcoming home Allianz League games in both Football and Hurling for 2017. The passes will be available to collect at Supermac’s stores throughout the county.

Supermac’s and Galway GAA will be entering their 28th year as sponsorship partners – one of the longest running relationships in inter-county GAA. The partnership will be launched at the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa on Monday the 6th of February at 8pm. Galway Football and Hurling will have 5 extra inter-county teams in what promises to be an exciting year for Galway GAA. The games that are included in the initiative are:

Football

Galway v Cork – Sunday, 5th February

Galway v Clare – Sunday, 26th February

Galway v Derry – Sunday 19th March

Galway v Kildare – Sunday 2nd April

Hurling

Galway v Wexford – Sunday, 19th February

Galway v Laois – 5th March

“There is always an air of positivity around at the start of the national league and that is particularly the case this year with both panels having performed so well in the FBD and Walsh Cups,” Pat McDonagh, MD of Supermac’s said. “We as supporters need to play our part as well by getting behind the teams as they start their league campaigns. It is important that we get to these games and become the 16th player. This initiative by Supermac’s, the teams and the County Board should encourage young supporters in particular to cheer on the county teams,” he said.
