The Supermac’s All Star Awards 2025 brought teams from across the country together to celebrate outstanding performance across the Supermac’s network.
The annual awards recognise excellence in sales, customer service, leadership, training and operational standards across company and franchised outlets. From top performing restaurants to rising stars within the organisation, the Supermac’s Awards 2025 highlight the dedication and teamwork that drive the brand forward every day.
Teams from across Ireland were recognised for their achievements at this year’s ceremony, with outlets honoured for exceptional performance across a wide range of categories.

Two outlets received the highest honours at the Supermac’s All Star Awards 2025.
Outlet of the Year – Company
Loughrea Service Station were named the top company outlet, recognised for exceptional performance across service, marketing and operational excellence.

Ballinalack were crowned the top performing franchised outlet in the country, recognised for excellence across service, operations and performance.

Three outlets were recognised for their exceptional commercial performance at the Supermac’s All Star Awards 2025.
Sales Performance of the Year – Category A
The Donegal Service Station team received the award for the strongest sales performance in Category A. The award recognises outstanding trading performance across the national network.

The team at Bandon Road, Cork were crowned winners in Category B. The award recognises strong sales growth, operational excellence and teamwork.

Spice O’ Life from Dunmanway, West Cork were named Supplier of the Year at the Supermac’s Awards.
The company has been a trusted partner of Supermac’s for many years and is known for the quality of its products and innovative approach to developing flavours, from sauces to spices. Supermac’s was their very first customer, and over the years they have grown into a household name in Irish food production.
Their long standing partnership continues to play an important role in the Supermac’s story.
