Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit cards
- Gift vouchers (Please notify us in the comments section if you wish to pay by gift voucher. You must then present the gift voucher to the delivery driver or at the time of collection.)
For orders where pay on delivery/collection is selected, payment can be made via cash or gift voucher at the time of delivery/collection.
By submitting your order, you are making a legal offer to purchase the item(s) specified in your order form. We reserve the right to decline your offer if necessary.
In the event that Supermac’s or Papa John’s must issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Ordering & Cancellation of Orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products you have ordered and paid for in full. If someone else places the order on your behalf, you acknowledge and accept that such person is acting as your authorised agent.
For online purchases, it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check that they have selected the correct store for delivery or collection. If the wrong store is selected, we cannot issue a refund unless the order is cancelled within 10 minutes of placing it. To cancel in this case, you must contact the store directly by phone.
For any other cancellations, orders may be cancelled in full up to 10 minutes after placing the order. Please contact the store directly by phone to cancel your order. We will issue a refund to your payment method within 7-10 working days for any eligible cancellations.
Cancellations requested after 10 minutes from ordering will be charged in full and will not be refunded. Please contact the store directly if you need to modify or cancel your order after this period.
Minimum Order Value
Minimum order values may vary between locations. Please contact your local store directly to determine the minimum order value for delivery.
Offers / Redemption / Coupon Codes
Only one coupon or promotional code is valid for each purchase. Codes may only be used when purchasing a product and cannot be redeemed for a free item without the purchase of a product of equal or greater value.
