Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit cards
- Gift vouchers (Please notify us in the comments section if you wish to pay by gift voucher. You must then present the gift voucher to the delivery driver or at the time of collection.)
For orders where pay on delivery/collection is selected, payment can be made via cash or gift voucher at the time of delivery/collection.
By submitting your order, you are making a legal offer to purchase the item(s) specified in your order form. We reserve the right to decline your offer if necessary.
In the event that Supermac’s or Papa John’s must issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Ordering & Cancellation of Orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products you have ordered and paid for in full. If someone else places the order on your behalf, you acknowledge and accept that such person is acting as your authorised agent.
For online purchases, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct before completing the purchase. This includes the delivery or collection store, delivery address, contact phone number, and any other required information. Customers must review and confirm these details before finalising the order.
If the wrong store is selected, the delivery address is incorrect, or incorrect contact details are provided, the order may not be fulfilled as intended. In such cases the order will be deemed cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund unless the customer contacts the store directly within 10 minutes of placing the order to request cancellation.
Customers must also be available to receive the order during the delivery period and must be contactable on the phone number provided. If the driver cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or the customer not being contactable, the order will be deemed cancelled and will not be refundable.
Orders may be cancelled in full up to 10 minutes after placing the order by contacting the store directly by phone. Where a cancellation is accepted within this time period, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation requests made more than 10 minutes after the order has been placed will be charged in full and will not be refunded. If you need to modify or cancel an order after this period, you must contact the store directly, however refunds will not apply.
Minimum Order Value
Minimum order values may vary between locations. Please contact your local store directly to determine the minimum order value for delivery.
Offers / Redemption / Coupon Codes
Only one coupon or promotional code is valid for each purchase. Codes may only be used when purchasing a product and cannot be redeemed for a free item without the purchase of a product of equal or greater value.
