We are looking for candidates with experience as assistant managers willing to relocate to Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, and are interested in growing within the company.

- Availability to work any shift, Monday to Sunday, is required.

- Previous experience in supervisory positions within the food industry is essential.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistant Manager provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Trainee Assistant Manager works as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Trainee Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development is given from the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Trainee Assistant Manager is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on his/her shift, and will be held accountable to ensure company policy is met in each area.
THE JOB:
- Ensure the smooth running of the shift
- Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
- Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
- Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
- Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
- Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operations
- Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
- To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods without sitting down.
