We’re looking for full-time Catering Assistants and Lobby staff to join our friendly, dynamic team and be part of Supermac’s and The Plaza Group’s success story.

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy excellent food, warm service, and a spotless environment every time they visit. You’ll support the Management Team in delivering the high standards that Supermac’s is known for, while working in a positive, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

You will follow our training and guidelines to provide great-tasting food quickly, accurately, and with a friendly smile—making sure every customer leaves happy.

THE JOB:

  • Maintaining high standards in your work area, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Working as part of a supportive, respectful team where everyone’s contribution matters.
  • Following company training on food preparation, production, and storage to ensure top-quality results.
  • Representing the company positively and professionally, both on and off the premises.
  • Providing warm, welcoming, and attentive service to every customer, every time.
  • Supporting the Management Team in growing customer satisfaction and helping the restaurant reach daily goals.
  • Handling cash responsibly and following all procedures as directed by management.
  • Maintaining a neat, professional appearance by following uniform guidelines.
  • Being flexible and willing to work in different areas of the restaurant as needed.
