Front of House Supervisor – Supermac’s Eyre Square
Pay: €16 – €18 per hour
Hours: Flexible shift work (morning to approx. 10:00pm)
We are currently seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Supermac’s Eyre Square. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and positive experience
- Confidently engage with large volumes of customers in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming seating area for all patrons
- Support families and customers who may need assistance (e.g. carrying food, providing baby chairs)
- Supervise the front of house area and ensure high service standards are maintained
- Manage customer behaviour professionally, addressing any anti-social or disruptive activity
- Handle customer service issues effectively, resolving complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure all public areas and toilets are clean, with floors kept safe, dry, and hazard-free
- Respond promptly to spills or risks to prevent accidents
- Report and assist in investigating any incidents in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to work in a busy, high-footfall environment and interact with large numbers of customers
- Experience dealing with customer service issues and challenging situations, including managing poor or inappropriate behaviour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive when required
- High standards for cleanliness, safety, and organisation
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings and weekends
