Description

Supermac's HQ is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love staying on top of trends, and know how to turn ideas into engaging content, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for managing our social platforms, creating compelling campaigns, analysing performance, and helping grow our online presence.

Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to assist in implementing the overall social media marketing strategy including content management of both social, website and reputation management platforms working with multiple brands within the group, including Supermac's, Papa John's, SuperSubs and the Plaza Group.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and implement a social media strategy for a various brands portfolio to drive engagement, traffic and sales.
  • Develop social media calendar across organic and paid content to align with key campaigns.
  • Manage blog writing and content development. (Wordpress CMS experience advantage)
  • Prepare newsletters and promotional emails for various distribution channels
  • Manage landing pages optimisation in line with SEO best practice
  • Track and measure & reputation management across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and manage all customer queries via web and social channels
  • Reporting to management on occurring issues in order to improve customer experience

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Strong content writing skills, as well as a solid understanding of digital publishing technologies.
  • Excellent content writing skills in mind with SEO best practice,
  • Experience in Wordpress CMS, GMB, Facebook Business Manager, d monitoring and publishing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Google Analytics,
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and a passion for all things digital is essential;
  • Good Time & Project management essential;
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to respond effectively within a fast moving environment;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday Role.
