Park Rí- DMD United Enterprises Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee Supermac's & Papa Johns Pizza operations at our Food Court at Cavan Road, Kells, Co. Meath.

We are a prominent motorway services and food court destination, currently employing 125 staff across our diverse operations, which include seven distinct food outlets.  This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a well-established and expanding business, offering significant career development potential.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, a competitive salary is offered to the right candidate.

Currently, Supermac’s operates over 100 restaurants nationwide and employs in excess of 2,200 people. Supermac’s and Papa John’s Pizza restaurants are expanding at an unprecedented rate, with over 100 restaurants open all over Ireland and aggressive expansion plans both in the Republic and Northern Ireland, and beyond.

The Store Manager provides the overall leadership and supervision to all the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for their individual store. 

The job of the Store Manager includes the following:

Job Description:

• To take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training, and development
• To build and maintain high sales and profits
• To investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
• To operate within the guidelines of the law
• Is fully flexible with regard to working hours. to include weekends and nights.
• Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper, and pizza audit scores.
• Ability to plan and prioritise

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of management experience at Store Manager in the Fast Food Industry
• Management of a team of 20-25 people
• Must know Hygiene regulations,
• Possess HACCP qualifications
• A desire to excel in customer service
• A flare for food
• Experience in driving a fast paced high volume store
• Candidates must be flexible in their availability for working hours
