JOB PURPOSE:
The Supervisor provides ongoing support to the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their individual unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager / Assistant Manager. Ongoing support and development are given from the Store Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations and cash on his/her shift, and will be held accountable to ensure company policy is met in each area.
THE JOB
- Coaches, counsels and works with General Manager to develop Training Co-Coordinators,
- Responds to General Manger requests
- Assists the General Manager in community investment and customer care
- Carry out all duties diligently and have a positive impact on QSC
- Must be flexible, able to work in all areas
- Must abide by all standards and procedures and ensure others do likewise
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast paced “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods of time without sitting down.

- Maintaining strong quality control standards, working with the General Manager to achieve sales and profits, through managing people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Working with fellow management & staff to build positive interpersonal relationships and motivate with frequent personal contact.
- Working with the General Manager to drive turnover down at both the salaried manager and crew level
